JOLAYEMI ASSOCIATES is a professional firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers

duly registered with and recognized as a consultancy outfit by:

(a)     The Federal Government of Nigeria (Incorporated in 1992); and

(b)     The Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)

          (Registered in 1992)

 

 Among others, the firm specializes in:

 

(1)     Valuation of assets – land and buildings, plant and machinery, motor vehicles,

 furniture, fittings and equipment;

(2)     Portfolio/property/facility management – property management and

 maintenance

(3)     Property development – preparation of development proposal, pre-investment

 studies, feasibility and viability studies

(4)     Agency – sale/purchase by public/private auction, tendering and private treaty

 as well as leasing of landed properties and assets.
